Paragraph 8

In section 17(15) of the Public Health Act 1961 (as substituted by section 27(1) of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982), for “section 39 of the Public Health Act 1936” there is substituted “section 59 of the Building Act 1984”.
