Building Regulations
Made 10th October 2012
Coming into operation 31st October 2012
The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3 and 18(5) of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979f1 and now vested in itf2, and after consultation with the Building Regulations Advisory Committee and such other bodies as appear to be representative of the interests concernedf3, makes the following Regulations:
