These Regulations may be cited as the Building etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022.
(2)
These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3)
These Regulations do not apply to any building in Wales (and “building” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Building Regulations 2010f1).
(4)
These Regulations come into force on 1st December 2022.
