The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 16(10), 35 and 50(3) of, and paragraphs 9 and 10(c) of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1984f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
