In regulation 17(2) (completion certificates) after “16(4)” insert “of these Regulations or 22A(1) of the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024”.

In regulation 18A(1)(a) (appeal against refusal to grant certain certificates) after “16(4)” insert “of these Regulations or 22A(1) of the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024”.
