Regulation 6 Amendment to schedule 1I1

In Schedule 1 (forms), Form 10 is amended as follows.

After paragraph 4 insert—

“5. [(4) confirms it has received notice in accordance with regulation 21 of the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024 and the contravention has not been remedied within the time period. The contravention is] (6)”.

In the section headed “NOTES” after paragraph (5) insert—

“(6)

Delete this statement if it does not apply. If it applies, specify the provision(s) of the building regulations (including the specific requirement) which is contravened.”.
