Section 112 is amended as follows.
(2)
The existing provision becomes subsection (1) of that section.
(3)
In that subsection for “level 1” substitute “level 3”.
(4)
After that subsection insert—
“(2)Subsection (1) does not apply where the person obstructed is an authorised officer (within the meaning of section 22 of the Building Safety Act 2022).”
