Section 16 Part of regulated building for which accountable person is responsibleI1

In this Act, references to the part of a regulated building for which an accountable person is responsible have the meaning given by regulations made by the Welsh Ministers.

The regulations may provide that the part of a regulated building for which an accountable person is responsible is the whole of the building.
