Paragraph 3.11 Facilities in a dwellingF1
Every building must be designed and constructed in such a way that–
(a)
the size of any apartment or kitchen will ensure the welfare and convenience of all occupants and visitors; and
(b)
an accessible space is provided to allow for the safe, convenient and sustainable drying of washing.
Limitation
This standard applies only to a dwelling.
