Regulation 2 Amendment of regulations

(1)

The Bus Service Operators Grant (England) Regulations 2002^f1 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 2, omit the definitions of “apex fare”, “domestic coach service” and “statutory travel concession permit”.

(3)

In regulation 3–

(a)

omit paragraph (1)(d); and

(b)

omit paragraph (5).
