(i)

for “CE marking” substitute “ UK marking ”,

(ii)

for “EU declaration” substitute “ declaration ”, and

(iii)

for “market surveillance authorities” substitute “ Executive ”;

(b)

in paragraph 3, for “a language easily understood by users and market surveillance authorities” substitute “ English ”;

(c)
