Regulation 7 Cableway installations: operation
The operator of a cableway installation must at all times whilst the cableway installation remains in service—
(a)
keep a copy of the technical file at the cableway installation; and
(b)
ensure that the cableway installation complies with the conditions set out in the safety report and such conditions (if any) as are imposed in relation to its entry into service by the Secretary of State under regulation 15(3).
