Article 16 Retirement of existing Trustees

Every existing Trustee who has been neither appointed nor nominated to be a Trustee shall retire on the new constitution date.

On the coming into force of this Order the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the Borough of Arfon, the Comptroller and Surveyor of Customs for the time being and all of the Justices acting in the Commission of the Peace in the County of Gwynedd shall be deemed to have retired as existing Trustees.
