Article 17 Repeal and Saving

The enactments set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Order are repealed from the new constitution date.

Any byelaws made by the existing Trustees and being in force upon the coming into force of this Order shall continue in force notwithstanding any repeal under this article, as if made under powers to make byelaws conferred by this Order.
