F1Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) (procedure where works involve the alteration of F2electronic communications apparatus) shall apply to the Development Corporation for the purposes of any works carried out by them in exercise of any of the powers conferred by section 1 of this Act or this Schedule.
