(1)
The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 is modified as follows.
(2)
In section 64 (cancellation of registration)—
(a)
in subsection (1), the words “, at any time after the expiry of the period specified in an improvement notice given in respect of a care service,” are repealed,
(b)
after subsection (1) insert—
“(1A)The power in subsection (1) may be exercised—
(a)at any time after the expiry of the period specified in an improvement notice given in respect of the care service, or
(b)at any time in circumstances which may be prescribed.”.
