Section 6 Withdrawal of standardsI1

(1)

The Scottish Ministers may withdraw an information standard at any time by giving notice on the information-standards website that it is withdrawn.

(2)

When an information standard is withdrawn—

(a)

the duty under section 3 (4) to make it publicly available ceases to apply, and

(b)

the duty under section 5 (1) to comply with it ceases to apply.
