Article 1 Citation, interpretation and application

This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.1) (Wales) Order 2000.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Care Standards Act 2000;

  • “the Council” (“y Cyngor”) means the Care Council for Wales established by virtue of article 2(2) of this Order.

(3)

This Order applies to Wales.
