Article 1 Citation interpretation and application

This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No.11) (Wales) Order 2003.

In this Order—

  • “Act” (“Deddf”) means the Care Standards Act 2000;

  • “Council” (“Cyngor”) means the Care Council for Wales established by section 54(1)(b) of the Act.

(3)

This Order applies in relation to Wales.
