Section 16 Review of young carer statementsI1

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision about the review of young carer statements, including—

(a)

the circumstances in which statements are to be reviewed,

(b)

the frequency of review,

(c)

the procedure for review,

(d)

arrangements for obtaining the views of young carers and cared-for persons.
