(1)

F2References to damage in the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) shall be construed as including loss of part of the baggage or cargo in question and the reference to the receipt of baggage or cargo shall, in relation to loss of part of it, be construed as receipt of the remainder of it.

The provisions are—

(a)

Article 26(2) of the Convention;

(b)

Article 26(2) of the Convention as amended; and

(c)

Article 31(2) of the Montreal Convention.
