(a)

in paragraph (a), for the words from “the 1999 Measure” to the end substitute “ the Cathedrals Measure 2021 ”,

(b)

in paragraph (c), for “under section 5 of the 1999 Measure” substitute “ in accordance with section 3 of the Cathedrals Measure 2021 ”, and

(c)

in paragraph (d), for “the 1999 Measure” substitute “ the Cathedrals Measure 2021 ”.
