Article 18 Repeals, revocations and savings

On the new constitution date, the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order are repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

Notwithstanding the repeal of section 5 of the Cattewater Harbour Order 1915, the provisions of the Commissioners Clauses Act 1847^f1 with respect to borrowing shall continue to be incorporated with that Order so far as consistent with and not expressly varied by that Order.
