Regulation 2 Amendment to the Cattle Identification Regulations 2007

The Cattle Identification Regulations 2007^f1 are amended by adding after regulation 3(3) the following paragraph—

“(4)

Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (3) is guilty of an offence.”
