Paragraph 5 Cattle from outside the European Union

In the case of cattle imported from outside the European Union the keeper must register an animal within 15 days from the date that the animal must be tagged in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000.

The requirement to register does not apply in relation to cattle at a slaughterhouse.
