Scotland
In the case of—
(a)
a visitor with a permanent or family home elsewhere in the United Kingdom, the address of that home,
(b)
a visitor who has no permanent or family home in the United Kingdom, but has such a home, or otherwise usually lives, in a country outside the United Kingdom, the name of that country.
