Paragraph 1 Finance Act 1970

In section 33 of the Finance Act 1970 M1 (composition by stock exchanges in respect of transfer duty)—

(a)

in each place it occurs for “or recognised clearing house” substitute “ , recognised clearing house, recognised CSD, EEA CSD or third country CSD ”;

(b)

in subsection (7) for “and “recognised clearing house”” substitute “, “recognised clearing house”, “recognised CSD”, “EEA CSD” and “third country CSD””.
