Regulation 9 Amendment of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 6 (labelling requirements)–

(a)

Part III, paragraphs A(a)9 and B(a)6 shall be omitted;

(b)

“Part IV" (Particulars to be marked or displayed on the sale of unpacketed seeds) shall be renumbered “Part V";

(c)

“Part V" (Printing of specified matters on packages (whole bag labelling)) shall be renumbered “Part VI"; and

(d)

after Part III there shall be inserted–

“PART IV
INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF SEEDS IMPORTED FROM THIRD COUNTRIES IN PACKAGES OF MORE THAN 2 KILOGRAMS IN NET WEIGHT
