Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Channel Tunnel Act 1987^f1, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
