Paragraph 2 Requirements for inclusion on the list of security approved Channel Tunnel freight forwardersI1

that the applicant’s business includes or will include Channel Tunnel freight business;

that the applicant has delivered to him a description of the applicant’s current security procedures and measures in relation to Channel Tunnel freight, and that in the Secretary of State’s opinion those procedures and measures are reasonable for the purposes to which Part III of this Order applies;

that the applicant has made adequate arrangements to ensure that all parts of premises where the applicant handles Channel Tunnel freight, after he has satisfied himself that it contains no article referred to in article 14(6)(b) of the Order, are physically secure and have appropriate controls on access; and

that the applicant would be able to comply with any directions which may be given to him by the Secretary of State under article 15 or 16 of this Order.
