Documents or information to be sent or supplied to a CIO must be sent or supplied in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2.

Documents or information to be sent or supplied by a CIO must be sent or supplied in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3.

The provisions referred to in Schedule 3 apply (and those referred to in Schedule 2 do not apply) in relation to a document or information that is to be sent or supplied by one CIO to another.
