Section 34 of the London County Council (General Powers) Act 1955 (powers as to erection of buildings: saving for certain land and buildings) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—
(a)
for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and
(b)
at the end add “ ; but this is subject to subsection (3) ”.
