for “section 16 of the Charities Act 1993” substitute “ section 69 of the Charities Act 2011 ”, and

(b)

for “that section” substitute “ sections 69 to 71 of that Act ”.

In paragraph 14(1)(e) for “section 16 of the Charities Act 1993” substitute “ section 69 of the Charities Act 2011 ”.
