Paragraph 50

For section 125A substitute—

“Charitable status of a higher education corporation

125A

A higher education corporation shall be a charity and—

(a)

an English higher education corporation is, in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011, an exempt charity for the purposes of that Act, and

(b)

a Welsh higher education corporation is, in accordance with regulations made in compliance with section 31(3) of that Act, excepted from registration under that Act.”
