In Schedule 19, in paragraph 15—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “or section 24 of the Charities Act 1993,” substitute “ , section 24 of the Charities Act 1993 or section 96 of the Charities Act 2011, ” and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “or section 25 of the Charities Act 1993” substitute “ , section 25 of the Charities Act 1993 or section 100 of the Charities Act 2011 ”.
