Section 285 (power to alter sums specified in certain provisions) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1), omit paragraph (b) and the “or” preceding it.
(3)
In subsection (2), in the words in brackets after “section 282(1)”—
(a)
for “income level” substitute “adjusted market value”;
(b)
omit “given for particular purpose”.
