(a)
in subsection (1)(a), for “qualified surveyor” substitute “designated adviser”;
(b)
in subsection (1)(c), for “surveyor’s” substitute “adviser’s”;
(c)
in subsection (3), for “qualified surveyor” substitute “designated adviser”.
