Article 8 Application to this Order of certain provisions of the Act of 1964
Sections 34 to 36 of the Act of 1964 (annual report by Department, interpretation, and saving for functions of Attorney-General) shall apply to this Order and accordingly—
(a)
in section 34, at the end of subsection (1) there shall be added the words “and the Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 1987”;
(b)
in section 35, after the words “this Act” there shall be inserted the words “ and the Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 ”;
(c)
in section 36, after the words “in this Act” there shall be inserted the words “ or the Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 ”.
