Paragraph 5
In clause 5 (a) of the deed (which relates to the provision of the sum of £55,000 War Stock) the words from “with liberty to the Public Trustee (by the direction of the settlor or the administrative trustees) to vary and transpose the same” to the end of the paragraph shall be omitted.
