Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

  • “the 2014 Order” means the Cherwell District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2014f1;

  • “county electoral division” means an electoral division established by article 4 of the Oxfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2012f2;

  • “ordinary day of election of councillors” has the meaning given by section 37 of the Representation of the People Act 1983f3.
