Regulation 2 Amendment of principal Regulations

(1)

Regulation 16 of the Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance (Administration) Regulations 2003^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

omit “to a person”; and

(b)

for “has been” substitute “the person entitled to the benefit or allowance has”.

(3)

Omit paragraph (4).
