Regulation 4 Continuation of entitlement until 31st August: 16 year olds

This regulation applies in the case of a person who has not attained the age of 17 and who has left relevant education or training.

F1Subject to paragraph (3), the condition is that the 31^st August next following the person's 16^th birthday has not passed.

In the case of a person who attains the age of 16 on 31 August in any year, the condition is that the 1st September immediately following has not passed.
