England and Wales
Sections 23 and 29 of this Act shall apply in relation to a child who is or has been in the care of a local authority by virtue of an order made under the M1Matrimonial Proceedings (Magistrates’ Courts) Act 1960 as they apply in relation to a child who is or has been in the care of a local authority under section 2 of this Act.
