Paragraph 28
England and Wales
In Schedule 8 to the said Act of 1970—
in paragraph 5 for the words “section 26 of the Children Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “ section 50 of the Child Care Act 1980 ” ;
in paragraph 6 for the words “section 87 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, section 30 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963” there shall be substituted the words “ section 47 or 51 of the Child Care Act 1980 ”.
