Regulation 2 Revocation

The following Regulations are revoked to the extent that they relate to proceedings before the Child Support Commissioners–

(a)

the Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) Regulations 1992 M1;

(b)

the Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 M2;

(c)

the Social Security (Adjudication) and Commissioners Procedure and Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) Amendment Regulations 1997 M3; and

(d)

the Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 M4.
