Regulation 29 Provisions common to regulations 27 and 28

In regulations 27 and 28, the word “decision" shall include determinations of applications for leave to appeal and decisions on appeals.

There shall be no appeal against a correction or a refusal to correct under regulation 27 or a determination given under regulation 28.
