Regulation 16 Notification when an applicant under section 7 of the Act ceases to be a child
Where a maintenance assessment has been made in response to an application by a child under section 7 of the Act and that child ceases to be a child for the purposes of the Act, a child support officer shall immediately notify, so far as that is reasonably practicable—
the other qualifying children F1who have attained the age of 12 years and the absent parent with respect to whom that maintenance assessment was made; and
the person with care.
