Regulation 32 Cancellation of a maintenance assessment
Where F1the Secretary of State cancels a maintenance assessment under paragraph 16(2) F2... of Schedule 1 to the Act, the assessment shall cease to have effect from the date of receipt of the request for the cancellation of the assessment or from such later date as he may determine.
