Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 11 of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations

In paragraph (3) of regulation 11 of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations, (protected earnings rate), after the words “interim maintenance assessment", there shall be inserted the words “, except a Category B interim maintenance assessment,".
