Regulation 6 Amendment of regulation 3 of the Fees Regulations

In paragraph (5) of regulation 3 of the Fees Regulations (liability to pay fees), after sub-paragraph (d) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(e)

any person to or in respect of whom earnings top-up is paid.”
